I was having a difficult time deciding which type of window treatment I wanted to go with so I stopped by the showroom in Jupiter, FLto look at updated options. I was fortunate to meet Allison. She was very helpful and took time to show me various options that would suit my needs. We scheduled a home visit for measurements so she could produce a quote. I happened to be out of town for that appointment. However, after meeting with Allison and speaking with her several times on the phone, I felt comfortable enough to let her and Bobby into my house when I was not home. I knew they had been in business for many years. My instincts told me it would be OK. That is so rare, especially in today’s world. This company is honest and trustworthy. The work is excellent quality and they stand behind their product. Their prices are fair and reasonable. The quote was actually lower than 2 others and they offered me a superioroffered. The window treatments came in before the estimated date and they called me right away to move up install date. There was a small issue with the shutters on two of my doors from the manufacturer. The installer Bobby had to come back three times. I did not mind. Bobby would not accept the mistakes the manufacturer had made. Most other companies would have accepted the small discrepancies and say “it's the best they could do”. Not “Interiors by Laura”!! I had given them a 50% deposit and 85% - 90% of my job was completed. They did not ask for complete payment until the job was 100% finished. Once again… that is unheard of. I will definitely be back in the future when I am ready to recover cushions and redo my family room.. Interiors By Laura, Allison and Bobby are an absolute pleasure to work with!!! FYI, I did an entire gut and remodel And it was horrific dealing with 90% of the contractors. This is by far the best company. It has been a pleasure of doing business with them😊

This business has it all: quality products; excellent communication; and care for their clients! I recently bought a home in Jupiter and was in dire need of new bedroom and bathroom window treatments. I was also on a tight time schedule as I was traveling back and forth between Florida and California and had renters coming in before the end of the year. Another design company that had been recommended to me did not deliver on customer care or communication, so I did my own research and found Interiors by Laura. My initial phone call, where I left a message, was responded to within an hour and after listening to my needs and time frame, Allison, one of the designers came to my home within 48 hours. Since my order was straight forward, Allison (not the installer) took the measurements, I selected my shade colors and styles (I already knew what style I wanted from Hunter Douglas), and placed the order while she was at my home. While I knew what I wanted for my bedrooms, I was unsure about the bathrooms. I wanted to stay with Hunter Douglas for the quality, but knowing I would soon re-model, I didn't want to spend too much. Allison had great suggestions and truly made the effort to save me money. The order was placed that working day with Hunter Douglas, I returned to California with plans to return to Florida in a few weeks. Allison kept me appraised of my order status and I, as well, informed her of my travel plans. It all worked out beautifully. I also want to compliment, Bobby, the installer. He arrived on time, reviewed the order with me and where each shade was to be placed. He took the old shades, which I appreciated. Bobby was courteous and neat. Allison came by just as he was finishing to see the instillation. Obviously, from this review, I would highly recommend Interiors by Laura for your window covering needs. Based on their service and quality product I would also recommend you consider them for the other services they provide. They truly care about their customers!

As a designer I need top notch sources and Amy is one of them. She really knows her stuff and gets the job done 1-2-3!!! She’s helpful in any way she can and is truly great to work with!!!!
